What we collect
When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, and message. When online ordering or table reservations are enabled, we collect the information needed to manage those requests (such as name, phone number, and order or booking details).
How we use it
We use the information to respond to enquiries and fulfil customer requests. Administrator access uses essential session cookies. We do not enable advertising trackers by default.
Retention and requests
Operational records are retained until deleted by management according to the restaurant's retention policy. To request correction or removal of your information, contact the restaurant using the contact details when published.
Security
Our administrative interface requires authentication and HTTPS. Please avoid submitting payment card details in message fields. Online payment is not enabled by default.
